At the Sant Eloi shopping center, in Sant Julia de Loria, Andorra, it was activated the last phase of expansion which put forward a new level of commercial area and a new module of offices. Everything had to be integrated into the esthetic that marked the facade of the existing hotel.

We developed a tricky structural project containing modifications, extensions and reinforcements.
A new building had to be built over an existing commercial area, and this must continue operating.
We designed new foundations that had to be compatible with the existing ones, still in service, a new skeleton formed by steel supports and solid concrete slabs, a new core of vertical communications and an auxiliary structure that would permit to place a mechanical escalator in the old structure of the existing shopping area.

En el centro comercial Sant Eloi, en Sant Julià de Lòria, Andorra, se activó la última fase de ampliación en la que se tenía que construir un nivel más de zona comercial y un nuevo módulo de oficinas. Todo debía quedar integrado en la estética que marcaba la fachada del hotel ya existente.

desarrollamos un completísimo proyecto estructural de modificación, ampliación y refuerzo.
Un nuevo edificio se debía construir sobre una zona comercial ya existente, y que no debía de dejar de operar. Se diseñaron unas nuevas cimentaciones que eran compatibles a las existentes y en servicio, un nuevo esqueleto formado por pilares metálicos y Losas macizas de hormigón, un nuevo núcleo de comunicación vertical, y una estructura auxiliar que permitiría ubicar un Escalator mecánico en la antigua estructura existente de la zona comercial.
