An important and imposing building in size, in the village of Encamp, between the main road nº2 and the river Valira d’Orient.
We designed and managed the construction of diaphragm walls with anchors up to three levels, a reinforced concrete structure, and all the building services and security and fire facilities that the program required: parking, commercial area at ground floor level , and dwellings of different tipologies.

Un edificio bastante imponente por su tamaño situado en lel pueblo de Encamp, entre la carretera nacional y el río Valira d’Orient.
Se proyectaron y construyeron unas pantallas de estabilización de hasta tres niveles de anclajes, una estructura de hormigón armado, y todas las instalaciones de servicios y seguridad que exigía el programa de parking, de espacio comercial al nivel de la planta baja , y de viviendas de diversas tipologías.

Un edifici bastant imponent pel seu tamany situat a la vila d’Encamp, entre la carretera nacional i el riu Valira d’Orient.
Es van projectar i construir unes pantalles d’estabilització de fins a tres nivells d’ancoratges, una estructura de formigó armat, i totes les instal·lacions de serveis i seguretat que exigia el programa de parking, de espai comercial al nivell de planta baixa, i d’habitatges de diverses tipologies.
