This building has 3 levels of parking, 3 levels of commercial area, a restaurant and a 4-star hotel (66 suites) that rises up to 8 floors over the Dr.Molines street, in Andorra la Vella.
We collaborated on the excavation project that was carried out in granite rock by controlled blasting and works with hydraulic hammer.
The structural project was designed as a skeleton of reinforced concrete, where it is highlighted the rest of 3 supports (that bear up to 5 levels) over different down-stand transfer beams on the roof of the commercial area.
