This project defines the complex of buildings (parking, ground floor commercial area, residential), public square and parking at the “Prat de Sant Miquel” area, in Encamp, Andorra
The square gives access to the parking, to the pedestrian bridge facing the river and to the entrance hall and shopping area of Block A.
The excavation, between the river and main road, should allow locate 4 levels of a car park building with a total floor area of 4,054 m².
Block A (commercial and dwellings) is developed in a total area of 7.223 m² and block B in 2.590 m².
As consultants we have done a preliminary design of the intervention and details of all engineering matters: excavation (anchored diaphragm walls, drainage systems, digging methods… ), structure, pedestrian bridge, building services and security systems and controls.
