In a plot with a prime location we designed the excavation, structural and building services project of a chalet. It was constructed a very robust concrete structure of walls and solid slabs.
It was proposed the maximum quality for insulation in facades (windows, frames, fabric walls, panels…) and an specific design to control solar gains and ventilation systems to minimize operating costs of the installations.
