Multi-functional building with two basement levels for parking, commercial area on the ground floor, offices on the first floor and apartments on the upper levels.
Located in the area of the -clot de Emprivat- d’Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra, it was one of the first buildings to be constructed as part of the new urban plan for the area.
The retaining solution was a diaphragm wall of anchored micropiles, and it was required a groundwater pumping system to work dry during the execution of the foundation slab. The structure was designed in reinforced concrete with spans up to 7.5 m.
