This residential complex is situated in the urbanization Ermengol Serra, in Escaldes Engordany, Andorra. It is a set of luxury apartments spread over two blocks and a common parking area.
When we started our collaboration in the project, the structure was already built and we only rebuilt the entrance, hall, and new spaces for diesel tanks. But it was developed and monitored the whole project in building services (electrical power, fire safety, underfloor heating with solar thermal support, air cooling, ICT, etc …).
