Next to the church of -Sant Pere del Tarter- it is placed the promotion of four apartment blocks.
A major excavation in rock (slate) allowed the implementation of a large surface of parking on two levels from which would raise each of the blocks.
The structure consists of a skeleton of reinforced concrete walls, pillars and solid slabs. It was traced a little road that gives access to the various parking entrances, and the building services meet the needs of different spaces with the particularity to operate each block independently.
