  • Reforma a l’edifici “Centre Júlia”

    September 2013 –
    Modification and restyling of the façade and shopping area.
    With the challenge that during construction, office floors have to keep their activities and routes of access and egress of the building must be fully operational.

  • Reforma de Façana i Nova Coberta de l’edifici FUTURMAG

    November 2013 –
    Last winter a huge amount of Snow Load made some joists fail.

    The new roof is 3 meters higher and the structure has to resist a horizontal load of 30kPa from a possible avalanche. We collaborate with OA&U in the structural and building services projects. Pas de la Casa, Andorra.

    This original building of 4 flats is near completion in the lovely town of Montellà, La Cerdanya, Spain.

  • FNAC Andorra

    January 2014 –
    Finally a Fnac Shopping Center in Andorra!

    We work with OA&U in the project of modifying the commercial area (2.500m²) in the Tàpies building to suit the FNAC shopping Center. We deal with the reform of the original structure to fit escalators and new communication cores, as well as a challenging building services project.
