This Project is another “Grup Guem” private promotion of a high standing residential complex. Situated in “Ermengol-Serra” Urbanization, in Escaldes Engordany, Andorra, with excellence views, the complex is formed by 3 blocks of apartments with common wellness area, gym and meeting spaces.
We have done the complete preliminary design of the structure and building services projects.
